My listings podcats are submitted to the following sites (see below). Podcast are another aspect of visual marketing that is a very effective tool. These podcasts will often show up when people view the video tab for their searches. Listing podcast often show up in the natural search when people look in a specific area, as well.

Text Messaging for Real Estate

We make our listings available to potential buyers via text messaging. By texting a code displayed on our signs, information on the property (including photos) and links to our websites are immediately texted back to the user. It is instant gratification via their smart phones, no more waiting for flyer boxes to be filled  anymore and it is totally green. For all residential listings that are listed with me as a Sky Realty agent, a seller will automatically get an individual blog that highlights and capitalizes the listing to many Real Estate communities such as Active Rain. These blogs, often times, will show up in the natural search for a specific town or subdivision just like the podcasts.  Our REALTORS are local, we live, work and play here, so our blogs are customized and give consumers a human touch that tells what that community, neighborhood or home is all about.

E-flyers for New Listings

We offer e-flyers that are distributed to other real estate agents in Austin and the surrounding areas to help bring your property to the attention of other agents. We do this because 80% of the time, a Buyer's agent will bring the buyer. In addition, we use a flyer program that broadcasts your home out to Google, Trulia, Zillow, Craig's List, Bing, Yahoo, MSN and many more Real Estate focused sites.

Just Listed Cards

Tried and true methods. Just Listed cards lets the neighbors know that a home has recently come on the market in their neighborhood. This is important because people are always on the lookout for their friends and family to live closer to them.

Open Houses are another way to show off your home to as many able bodies as possible. We also use various programs to help our open houses gain maximum exposure. Whether it be on-line or in person we maximize your listings exposure.
